Modenera a.s. aspires to build a spa and relaxation center at Lány – Lúčky focused predominantly on community facilities, baths, recreational housing, and sports services. The project’s secondary function will be finding a holistic design that takes into consideration the current functions of the spa town and its surrounding; without disrupting its climatic and hydrological conditions.
Modenera a.s. has been creating its investment plan in accordance with the statutory regional plan so as to create and, in a complementary manner, further develop the harmonious atmosphere of Rajecké Teplice.
